Sadio Mane spearheaded Liverpool’s onslaught, scoring the opener in the 7th minute, before skillfully providing another in the first half to give the Red’s a two goal half time lead.

Mohammed Sallah scored his fourth goal of Liverpool’s pre-season campaign and the second of the game in the 34th minute, nodding home a deflected cross from close range.

England’s Daniel Sturridge put the icing on the cake for Liverpool seven minutes from full time with a well-executed chip over Bayern’s goalkeeper.
He then immediately pull his hamstring while celebrating, an injury that ended his time on the pitch and could possibly sidelined him for the season opening weeks.

Liverpool will now face Atletico Madrid in the Audi Cup Final on Wednesday, hoping to lift their second pre-season tour trophy.
