The Merseyside Derby clash is undoubtedly the standout tie of the round as Liverpool attempt to beat Everton for the first time ever in the competition at Anfield.
Holders Arsenal will travel to Nottingham Forest in their quest to win a fourth title in five years.
Premier League leaders Manchester City have a home tie against fellow Premier League side Burnley while rivals Manchester United will also entertain Derby County.
English champions Chelsea will travel to Norwich City for a place in the 4th round.
