Celta Vigo and Girona played out a thrilling 3-3 draw in their Spanish La Liga Matchday 7 clash played at Balaidos.

In-form Celta Vigo midfielder Pione Sisto gave Celta an early lead before two goals in four minutes from Portu and Christian Stuani gave the away side a 2-1 lead but the hosts were back level within two minutes courtesy Maxi Gomez. All the four goals coming within the space of eight minutes.

The second half didn’t produce much goals like the first half with both sides getting one each. Daniel Wass gave the home side a second lead in the 76th minute before defender Juanpe earned a draw for his side with four minutes left on the clock.

The draw moves Celta Vigo from 13th to 11th with 8 points from their first seven league games of the season. Girona also move two spots from 17th to 15th with 6 points ahead of the remaining matches for Matchday 7.
