Serbia Sack Manager Despite World Cup Qualification

Serbia have severed ties with coach Slavoljub Muslin despite the fact that he led them to a place at next year’s World Cup in Russia.

64-year old Muslin guided his country to a first major tournament in eight years.

His exit was confirmed via a statement from the country’s FA (FSS) which said: “The FSS decided to part company with Muslin by mutual consent.

“His assistant Mladen Krstajic takes over as the caretaker until a new head coach is appointed.” the statement further read.
