Portuguese Super League champions FC Porto have completed the transfer of Brazilian defender Eder Militao from Sao Paulo.
The 20-year-old becomes the latest acquisition at the Estadio Dragao after putting pen to paper on a five-year deal.
Eder Militao joined Sao Paulo at the age of 12 and thereafter worked his way through the ranks before breaking into the first team at the start of last season.
The former Brazil U17 star represented the country’s youth team on five occasions.
The Sao Paulo Academy graduate is a utility player as he can effectively play in three positions namely centre back, right back and defensive midfield.
