CAFCC Review (Group C): Enyimba Lose Heavily In Brazzaville As Williamsville Go Top

Two-time African champions Enyimba FC of Aba have lost top spot in Group C of the CAF Confederation Cup (CAFCC) after they were beaten 3-0 by their hosts Cara Brazzaville in a Matchday 2 clash played at the Stade Alphonse Massemba-Debat on Wednesday afternoon.

The Congolese side took an early lead in the 14th minute through Cabwey Kivutuka before two goals in the space one first half minute from Racine Louamba and Dicha Bomanyae Liema condemned Enyimba to a heavy defeat.

They drop to 3rd spot as a result of the heavy defeat as they lose to Ivorian side Williamsville (4 points) who played out a 1-1 draw with their hosts AC Djoliba of Mali in the other group game.

Cara Brazzaville occupy 2nd place with 3 points same as Enyimba in 3rd while Djoliba are last on the table with 1 point after two matchdays.
