Osimhen played for 90 minutes but could not help Napoli avoid a third straight loss.
Also, Osimhen has now failed to score in his last four games for Napoli in all competitions.
Federico Gatti netted the only goal in the game on 51 minutes to extend Juve’s unbeaten streak to 10.
The win saw Juve move up to top spot on 36 points, just a point ahead of Inter Milan.
Napoli, in 24 points, occupy fifth position in the league table after 15 games.
In the Bundesliga, Kevin Akpoguma did not feature for Hoffenheim who beat Bochum 3-1.
Akpoguma was not in Hoffenheim’s squad for the game due to suspension.
