Ligue 1 Review (Friday): PSG Fail To Win Again With Amiens Draw

French champions Paris Saint Germain (PSG) have surprisingly extended their winless run to two games following their 2-2 draw at Stade Amiens in a Ligue 1 clash played on Friday night.

Edinson Cavani’s first half strike was cancelled out by Moussa Konate with two second half minutes played only for young forward Christopher Nkunkun to edge the visitors back into the lead on 64 minutes.

Stade Amiens, however, had the last laugh as the aforementioned Konate struck his brace with eleven minutes left to earn his team a share of the spoils.

PSG (92 points) have now extended their lead over second-placed Lyon (72 points) to 20 points despite the draw while Amiens (42 points) have moved past Dijon into 12th spot on the league table.
