ECL: Onyedika Subbed On As Club Brugge Edge Bodo/Glimt

Super Eagles midfielder, Raphael Onyedika was a second half substitute as Club Brugge defeated Bodo/Glimt 3-1 in Thursday’s European Conference League.

The Nigerian international, who was making his fifth appearance in the competition, has netted one goal.

Onyedika came on as a substitute for Casper Nielsen in the 61st minute.

However, Club Brugge took the lead in the 26th minute through Nusa before Bodo/Glimt leveled parity in the 57th minute though Pellegrino’s well taken penalty.

But then, the host wasted no time to restore their lead as
Nascimento Rodrigue netted in the 58th minute to the delight of the home supporters.

Mechele sealed the victory in the 89th minute to take the game beyond Bodo/Glimt reach.

The win means Club Brugge top group D on 16 points while Bodo/Glimt sit
