Bundesliga Review: Bremen Hit Back Against Gladbach To Move Away From Relegation Trouble

Werder Bremen produced a remarkable second half fightback at Borussia Dortmund as they came from two goals down to secure a 2-2 draw in their Matchday 25 clash and move further clear of the relegation zone.

The hosts to a 2-0 at halftime courtesy goals from Denis Zakaria and Niklas Moisander (own goal) before Bremen started to hit back.

Thomas Delaney pulled one back just before the hour mark before Aron Johansson equalised for his side with 12 minutes remaining.

The draw was enough to take 14th-placed Werder Bremen (27 points) two points away from the Bundesliga playoff place occupied by Mainz 05 while Borussia Moenchengladbach stay in 7th spot with 35 points.
