Paris Saint-Germain drew first blood against Ligue 1 rival Monaco, in the Trophee des Champions on Saturday, as new signing, Dani Alves scored on his competitive debut for Les Parisiens.
Monaco’s full back, Djibril Sidibe, scored the opener with a well-executed chip over PSG’s goal keeper, Alphonse Areola in the first half.

New signing, Dani Alves, scored a sublime free kick from 28 meters out to pull PSG level in the 51st minute, opening his goal scoring account with the Les Parisiens.

Alves then provided the assist for Adrien Rabiot’s winner, to hand the Coupe de France winners their fifth French Super Cup trophy.
