Triestina are through to the second round of the 2017/18 Coppa Italia after they defeated hosts Arrezzo 1-0 on Saturday evening in what was the first match of this season’s edition of the competition.
An early Davis Mensah strike was enough to see Triestina through to the next stage where they will face Pescara and well travelled manager Zdenek Zeman.
Other first round matches will take place in various centres on Sunday.
