
Super Eagles head coach Gernot Rohr has signed a new two-year contract until 2019.
This was confirmed by the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) president Amaju Pinnick while he was speaking during the launching ceremony of the code 1945 in Lagos on Monday ahead of next year’s FIFA World Cup in Russia.

The NFF chief also confirmed that his salary has been paid until December 2017.
Gernot Rohr has had a largely successful stint as Super Eagles head coach since his appointment in 2016.
He masterminded Super Eagles’ qualification for next year’s FIFA World Cup in Russia after a 1-0 win over Zambia in Russia.
