French players Paul Pogba and Benjamin Mendy were in joyous mood alongside president Emmanuel Macron after they helped their country to a second World Cup title with a 4-2 win over Croatia in their final clash on Sunday evening.

Manchester United star Pogba and Manchester City Mendy were caught on camera while they asked France president Emmanuel Macron to do the dab dance and he obliged his heroes.

Pogba was on target alongside Mario Mandzukic (own goal), Kylian Mbappe and Antoine Griezmann while Ivan Perisic and Mandzukic got the goals for Croatia in their debut World Cup final.

France coach Didier Deschamps became only the third man to win the tournament as a player and manager after Mario Zagallo and Franz Beckenbeur.
