NNL: Vandrezzer FC Raring To Get Season Started – Tetty

Thompson Tetty, captain of newly formed club Vandrezzer FC (Lions of Naija) will for the first time lead out his teammates against Julius Atete FC in their very first Nigeria National League game for the 2019/2020 season on Saturday November 30, 2019.

The team comprising of 18 players and 8 officials departed Uyo on Thursday and will arrive Ughelli this morning, having slept in Asaba last night.

The Imo state born midfielder expresses pleasure representing the team, citing motivation as top notch.

“It’s really a great pleasure representing this team. Everything is on ground,the platform is great and the motivation is top notch, excellent. Nothing compared to others”.

He further assured the fans of the club of victory in their first outing and believes everything will be easy for the team under the technical watchful eyes of Rafael Everton.

“We the players know the task ahead, definitely we will deliver and we will not let down our fans. Just as we are being called the lions,we are ready to roar irrespective of whoever we meet.”

On Everton, the former FC Ifeanyi Ubah and Delta Force FC player said: “With his coming, everything is going to be made easy. He has the technical ability, he is sound. He has been there and he has seen it all. We the players are absolutely behind him so we have everything to go ahead.”
