Super Eagles striker Emmanuel Dennis has joined Watford for an undisclosed fee, the newly-promoted Premier League club has announced.

The 23-year-old Nigerian joins from Belgian side Club Brugge although the length of the deal was not made public. Dennis spent the latter half of last season on loan at Bundesliga club FC Koln after falling out with the Belgian side.

He scored 27 goals in just over 90 appearances for Brugge whom he joined in the summer of 2017 from Ukrainian side Zorya Luhansk.

He becomes the fourth Nigerian at the club joining Eagles vice-captain William Troost-Ekong, striker Isaac Success and Nigeria U20 midfielder Tom Dele-Bashiru.
