Super Eagles Team B (CHAN Eagles) players and officials will soon be smiling to the bank after the Lagos State Governor, Mr. Akinwunmi Ambode approved the release of N20million to the team.

The cash is a reward for the team’s runners-up finish at the 2018 African Nations Championships held in Morocco.

Governor Ambode had earlier been present in Morocco for the final match before he pledged to reward the team for their second place finish at the tournament.

The cash approval was confirmed via Vanguard by the Chairman, Lagos State Sports Commission, Kweku Adedayo Tandoh who stated that the official presentation of the cheque to the team will take place soon.
