Rivers United fell to a disappointing 2-1 defeat to Ghanaian side Dreams FC in their CAF Confederation Cup matchday two encounter in Kumasi on Sunday.

John Antwi gave the home team the lead 10 minutes before the break after he was set up by Eric Boateng.

Boateng set up Abdul Aziz Issah for the second goal 15 minutes from time.
