Nottingham Forest defender, Ola Aina is keen to play for Nigeria at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.
The full-back is expected to be included in Nigeria’s squad for the tournament in Cote d’Ivoire.
Aina won bronze medal on his first AFCON appearance with the Super Eagles at the 2019 edition hosted by Egypt.
The 27-year-old was also part of the Super Eagles squad that was bundled out of the competition in the Round of 16 by Tunisia two years ago in Cameroon.
The former Chelsea player is delighted the Super Eagles are among the teams that will compete for honours in Cote d’Ivoire.
“It was good to have qualified. Everyone was happy and excited to be back for the tournament,”Aina told Premier League TV.
“The love I receive from the fans makes me feel good
