Uruguay forward Luis Suarez scored for Barcelona in the last 10 minutes to earn his side a 1-1 draw against title rivals Atletico Madrid in what was their first visit to the new Wanda Metropolitano.
Spanish international Saul Nigeuez had given Atletico a first half lead with a fine finish before Suarez’s late intervention denied Diego Simeone’s side an important win.

Jorge Molina cancelled out Karim Benzema’s opener for the Los Merengues before Ronaldo struck late into the second half to help his side close the gap on arch rivals and league leaders Barcelona.
Sevilla suffered a serious dent to their title hopes after they were beaten 1-0 by their hosts Athletic Bilbao courtesy Spanish international Aritz Aduriz’s close range finish.
