The UEFA Champions League playoff draws have been concluded with Liverpool to face German side, Hoffenheim, as Napoli will do battle with OGC Nice.

The Merseyside club will travel to Germany for the first leg before hosting Hoffenheim for the return leg at Anfield for a place in the Champions League group stage, both legs will be played in August.

In what looks like another heavyweight clash, Mario Balotelli will face a familiar foe, as Italy’s Napoli will battle OGC Nice of France.

10 teams will qualify for the Champions League group stage from the playoffs, joining already qualified 22 teams for the 2017/2018 Champions League season.
