Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has blamed individuals errors for the Red Devils elimination from the UEFA Champions League.

Recall that United needed to beat Bayern Munich while hoping FC Copenhagen and Galatasaray play out a draw for them to qualify.

However, Man United lost 1-0 at Old Trafford to the Bavarians to end any hope of qualifying to the knockout stages of the competition.

With Copenhagen winning and progressing, United finished fourth and are out of Europe entirely.
