Senate President, Bukola Saraki has congratulated the Super Eagles of Nigeria after they recorded their first win at the ongoing FIFA World Cup in Russia via a 2-0 win over first timers Iceland.
Leicester City forward Ahmed Musa was the hero as he netted a second half brace to help the team to a crucial win over Iceland in the Group D clash played at the Volgograd Arena in Volgograd.
The Senate President had earlier paid the Super Eagles a visit to encourage them before the Iceland game.
After the match, he took to his Twitter handle to express his delight at the outcome of the game.
