Super Eagles head coach Gernot Rohr has officially penned a new two-year contract extension.
The Franco-German coach put pen to paper during the signing ceremony to unveil the partnership between the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) and soft drinks giant Coca-Cola on Wednesday morning.
Gernot Rohr was appointed Super Eagles head coach in 2016 just before the start of Russia 2018 World Cup qualifiers (final round) and has become an instant hit after leading the team to the tournament proper ahead of Zambia, African champions Cameroon and Algeria.
His next assignment would be to mastermind a knockout stage route for the Super Eagles in Group D at the World Cup against the likes of Croatia, Iceland and Argentina.
