Nigerian Referees Miss Out On Russia 2018

Nigerian referees will miss out on this summer’s FIFA World Cup in Russia after the FIFA Referees Committee announced 36 referees and 63 assistant referees for the tournament.

The list of officials released on Thursday include 46 different nationalities while 13 countries are on the list.

The 99 officials will function in a variety of roles like referees, assistant referees, fourth officials, reserve assistant referees and video match officials at the World Cup.
