Napoli and Club Brugge have been linked to Nigerian striker Philip Hotel who plays for Romanian side CFR Cluj.
Otele has been impressive for Cluj this season, scoring 13 goals, provided seven assists in 35 league games.
Aside Club Brugge and Napoli, Premier League outfit Brentford are also linked with the 24-year-old Port-Harcourt born striker.

Club Brugge are preparing for the departures of Antonio Nusa and Andreas Skov Olsen in the summer.
According to voetbal, the Belgian giant are already looking for replacements with Otele considered.
