Paris Saint Germain (PSG) star Kylian Mbappe has been banned for two games after he saw red in his side’s 3-2 win at Stade Rennes in the French League Cup match played on January 30.

Mbappe was sent off for a foul on Ismaila Sarr and has now been given an extra match ban for his misdemeanour.

The French international striker has already served one game by missing the 3-0 French Ligue 1 win at Lille last weekend.

He will now serve his second match ban by sitting out this weekend’s French Ligue 1 clash with Racing Strasbourg.
