Serie A Review: Juventus Move Closer To Title With Comeback Victory Over Bologna

Italian champions Juventus have moved within one win of retaining their Serie A title following their 3-1 comeback win over Bologna in what was a Matchday 36 clash played on Saturday night.

Simone Verdi gave the visitors a shock first half lead before three second half goals from Sebastien Di Maio (own goal), Sami Khedira and Paolo Dybala turned the game around in Juventus’ favour.

The win takes the Old Lady (91 points) within one victory of winning the title from the remaining two games though it could be sooner if Napoli (84 points) fail to beat Torino on Sunday afternoon.

In the other game played on Saturday, AC Milan thrashed Hellas Verona 4-1 to move past Atalanta into the top six while their opponents suffer demotion to the second tier of Italian football as a result of the defeat.
