Nigeria lost to Senegal in the fifth place classification match against Senegal at the Women’s Africa Handball Championship in Yaounde on Wednesday.

The Senegalese were vastly superior in brushing aside Nigeria 32-15 at the Yaoundé Multipurpose Sports Complex.

The women’s national team have now lost two successive games following the quarter finals defeat to hosts Cameroon and will next face Guinea in a seventh place classification match on Thursday.
