Ezenwa Declares Himself Fit For Poland, Serbia Friendlies (Audio)

Super Eagles goalkeeper Ikechukwu Ezenwa has expressed his readiness to feature prominently for the team during the upcoming international friendly games against Poland and Serbia.

Ezenwa recently returned to action after a lengthy layoff prompted by the injury he sustained during the African Nations Championship (CHAN) earlier this year.

The Enyimba FC of Aba star spoke about his readiness for the aforementioned friendlies in a chat with the busybuddiesng.com while he was jetting out of the country to Poland alongside Super Eagles assistant coach Salisu Yusuf.

In his words, Ezenwa said: “The most important thing is that i’m happy coming back from injury after the layout off on the 31st of January.”

“I think i’m okay. I’m fine, that’s the most important thing. No more problem.” he added.

The Super Eagles of Nigeria will take on a World Cup-bound team in the form of Poland on Friday, March 23 before facing another World Cup team Serbia four days later as part of preparations ahead of the tournament in Russia this summer.
