Eagles Hold First Training Session In Austria (Photos)

The Super Eagles of Nigeria held their first training session in Austria on Monday as they stepped up preparation for this summer’s FIFA World Cup in Russia.

Gernot Rohr and his players are presently camped at the Avita Resort Base Camp in the city of Bad Tatzmannsdorf where they held their first training session.

The team will play their last World Cup warm up friendly against Czech Republic on June 6 before jetting out to Russia ahead of the start of the tournament on June 14.

The Super Eagles of Nigeria are drawn in Group D at the tournament alongside Croatia, Iceland and Argentina.
