D’Tigers of Nigeria have defeated Cameroon 106-91 to reach the semi final of the 2017 FIBA Afrobasket championships.

Team captain, Ike Diogu yet again led the scoring with 28pts, while the pair of Ikechukwu Nwamu and Bryant Mbamalu provided 25pts and 22pts respectively.

Nigeria proved too strong for their Cameroonian counterpart as the coach Alex Nwora led team became the first side to reach 100 points at the 2017 AfroBasket.
