Drogba Loses Mobile Phone To Theft At The 2017 AITEO/CAF Awards

African football legend Didier Drogba was left stunned at the 2017 AITEO/CAF Awards in Accra on Thursday night after his mobile phone was stolen.

The Ivorian football icon was one of the hosts for the annual football awards ceremony and it came at a cost for the former Marseille, Galatasaray and Chelsea striker.

Drogba left the Ghanaian capital of Accra for home without his mobile phone.

The highlight of the ceremony was when Liverpool and Egyptian forward Mohamed Salah was named African footballer of the Year ahead of club teammate Sadio Mane and Pierre Emerick Aubameyang.
