El Zamalek SC’s chairman Mortada Mansour believes his side is struggling to score goals due to the usage of sorcery.

The Egyptian Premier League side have not won any of their last three games and were held to two goalless draws in a row; against Smouha and Entag El-Harby.

Mansour cried wolf after their Zamalek’s game against Entag which ended barren for both teams.

“Our opponents’ nets have been blocked due to sorcery that was used by Mamdouh Abbas [Zamalek’s ex-president], Hany Attal [Zamalek’s vice preisdent] and Sayed Abdelhafiz [Al Ahly’s sporting director],” Mansour said after the game.

“This is not sports. Our players did their best but if they would’ve played for 100 years they would not have scored.

“The referee didn’t give us a penalty but we drew due to sorcery,” he alleged.

Busybuddiesng.com had earlier reported about Mansour’s three-match ban by the Egyptian Football Association consequent of his derogatory comment directed at the match referee and EFA’s head of officiating after a league game against Smouha.
