Chelsea have won this year’s English FA Cup after the Blues defeated rivals Manchester United 1-0 in their final clash played at the Wembley Stadium on Saturday evening.

The only goal of the game was scored by star player Eden Hazard from the penalty spot on 22 minutes after English defender Phil Jones was penalised for a foul on the Belgian who was making his 300th appearance for the Stamford Bridge outfit.

The win ensures that Chelsea seal an 8th FA Cup title as manager Antonio Conte secures his first ever cup final win at the expense of fierce rival Jose Mourinho who has now lost a cup final as a manager in England.
