Boniface Scores 10th Bundesliga Goal In Leverkusen’s Big Win Against Bochum

Victor Boniface continued his impressive scoring form for Bayer Leverkusen, netting in the club’s 4-0 victory against Bochum at the BayArena.

Boniface was named among the substitutes by manager Xabi Alonso.

The 22-year-old took the place of hat-trick hero Patrik Schick in the 67th minute.

The Nigerian striker scored Leverkusen’s fourth goal of the game two minutes later after he was teed up by Florian Writz.

It was Boniface’s 10th goal in 16 league league outings for Leverkusen this term.

Bayer Leverkusen are unbeaten in the Bundesliga this season.

Alonso’s side have won 13 and drawn three out of 16 Bundesliga games.

Die Werkself currently top the Bundesliga standings with 42 points.
