“Arteta contracted Covid-19 but David Luiz is showing symptoms,” Fans Diss As Man City Humiliates Arsenal

David-Luiz-Shown-Red-Card

Arsenal’s centre-back David Luiz will certainly not forget the day he came off the bench to help Manchester City humiliate his team.

It was on the day action resumed in the English Premier League after months of a forced coronavirus break.

The Brazilian who came on for the injured Pablo Mari after 24 minutes – was at fault for Raheem Sterling’s opener after failing to deal with a cross from Kevin De Bruyne and was later shown a straight red card five minutes into the second half by Anthony Taylor to complete a hapless performance after hauling down Riyad Mahrez in the box, with De Bruyne converting the spot kick to put City two goals to the good.

Phil Foden added a third in the 91st minute to condemn Arteta’s boys to the sword.

Football fans have taken to Twitter to diss the 33-year-old for his awkward performance against the Citizens in the return leg fixture which held at the Etihad.
