Fixtures for Matchday 17 of the Nigeria Professional Football League and matches Matchday 3 of the Nigeria National League have been postponed to allow the finals of the Aiteo Cup across 36 states of the federation and the FCT to hold seamlessly. 

Last year, Enugu Rangers emerged champions of the Aiteo Cup after executing a dramatic comeback against Kano Pillars in the finals. 

Already, two NPFL giants, FC Ifeanyi Ubah and Heartland FC have been eliminated from the FA Cup in Anambra and Imo States respectively. 

The finals of the FA cup in the respective 36 states will take place this weekend as the winners as well as runners-up will qualify for the main draw for this year’s Aiteo Cup, which commences in May.
