Anderson Signs For Turkish Club Adana

Former Manchester United midfielder Anderson Oliveira has joined Turkish First League outfit Adana Demirspor from Internacional.

He signs for Adana from the Brazilian Serie A club after putting pen to paper on a three-year deal.

His transfer was announced on Monday evening by the club.

Anderson rose to prominence at Premier League giants Manchester United where he spent eight years having joined from Portuguese Super League side FC Porto in 2015.

He made 181 appearances for the Red Devils and won four League titles in addition to the 2007/08 Champions League title during his time at Old Trafford.

He would be hoping to lead Adana Demispor back to the Turkish top flight at the end of this season.

Adana finished in 12th place on the Turkish First League table and have a lot of work to do to achieve promotion back to the Turkish Super League.

Anderson has eight caps for the Brazilian national team.
