V/ball Premier League: Pillars Coach Babamusa Restates Title Ambition

Kano Pillars VC head coach Musa Babamusa has reiterated his side’s ambition to reclaim the Nigeria Volleyball Premier League title this season.

Musa made the aims of his team clear in the wake of their 3-1 (25-21, 25-19, 23-25, 25-20) triumph over UCEM at the ongoing Nigeria Volleyball Premier League at the Indoor Sports Hall of the Moshood Abiola Stadium, Abuja on Thursday.

“My team won 3-1 and it was a good result for me because a 3-2 win against UCEM would have been a disaster. Kano Pillars will not relent in all her matches till we win the trophy this season,” he disclosed.

“My players should be firm and play better because the league is getting tougher by the day. We do not need to relax; this match ought to be 3-0 but it ended 3-1. I must commend UCEM VC for taking a set from us at the league.”
