Reward For Hardwork! Tunisia Coach Maaloul Bags New Deal

Tunisia head coach Nabil Maaloul has signed a new five-year deal as reward for masterminding the team’s qualification for the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia.

Maaloul, 55, oversaw an unbeaten World Cup qualifying run with a total of 14 points from six Group A games and will now stay on as head coach until June 2022.

Tunisia have already been paired with England, Belgium and Panama in Group G of Russia 2018, which would be their first appearance since the 2006 edition.

Nabil Maaloul confirmed his contract extension via his Twitter account. He tweeted: “Allah’s will is to extend my contract with Tunisia until June 2022. We ask Allah conciliation.”
