Levante have moved above Leganes on the Spanish La Liga table after they thrashed their hosts 3-0 in what was a Matchday 36 clash played on Monday night.

After a goalless first half affair, in-form forward Jose Luis Morales gave Levante the lead ten minutes into the second half before Spanish defender Joseba Zaldua was sent off for the home side.

The visitors thereafter added two goals through Enis Bardhi and Coke to wrap up the points for a Levante side that has been impressive in their first season back with the big boys.

Levante (43 points) move above Leganes (40 points) into 16th spot as a result of the dominant win achieved against 10 men.[tps_header][/tps_header]
