Super Eagles goalkeeper Ikechukwu Ezenwa has confirmed his exit from Nigerian Professional Football League (NPFL) side FC IfeanyiUbah of Nnewi.

Ezenwa also revealed that he would be moving to a new Nigerian club though he did not reveal not the team’s identity.

He said this via the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Abuja on Monday and that he took the decision to leave the Nnewi-based club “after making some consultations and putting considerations in place.’’

In his words, Ezenwa also said: “The new club will be unveiled very soon in an occasion that I will sign a new jersey.”

Ikechukwu Ezenwa is currently the no.1 Super Eagles and has played in goal for the last four competitive matches.
