Exclusive: Football Not Mathematics –Adepoju Reacts To Outcry Trailing Super Eagles’ Poor Run

Former Nigeria midfielder, Mutiu Adepoju, has reacted to the furore trailing the Super Eagles’ 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying draws against Lesotho and Zimbabwe, insisting that football is not mathematics in which permutations yield definite results, Completesports.com reports.

The Super Eagles played out a 1-1 draw with the Crocodiles of Lesotho on Thursday, November 16 at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium.
