Dessers Bags Brace In Rangers’ Home Win, Takes Goals Tally To 14 This Season

Cyril Dessers scored two goals to help Rangers defeat visiting Ross County 3-1 in the Scottish Premiership on Wednesday night.

Dessers has now scored 10 goals in 22 appearances in the Scottish topflight this season for Rangers.

The Super Eagles striker has taken his goals tally in all competitions this campaign to 14.

His Nigerian teammate Leon Balogun was not in Rangers’ squad for the league fixture.

Dessers gave Rangers the lead in the 5th minute before getting his second to put his side 2-1 up five minutes into first half added time.

He was then replaced in the 72nd minute for Portuguese player, Fabio Silva, in the 72nd minute.

Rangers are on 61 points and are tied on the same point with league leaders Celtic after 25 games played.

Wednesday’s win means they have won seven consecutive games.
