Arsenal Claim Nervy Win Over Wolves To Go Four Points Clear Of Man City

Arsenal had to wade off a late surge from Wolverhampton Wanderers to record a 2-1 win at the Emirates in Saturday’s Premier League fixture.

The win took Arsenal four points clear of Manchester City at the top, who will host Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday.

The Gunners started like a house on fire and deservedly took the lead on six minutes through Bukayo Saka who beat his marker before volleying with his right foot into the back of the net.

In the 13th minute Arsenal doubled their lead thanks to captain Martin Odegaard, who slotted home Oleksandr Zinchenko’s cutback.
