AFN Prepares Nigeria-Based Athletes For Paris 2024 Olympics

The Athletics Federation of Nigeria (AFN), has assured that serious preparations are ongoing ahead of the Paris 2024 Olympics amidst swirling rumours of inactivity, emphasising its commitment to ensuring Nigeria’s representation at the global sporting event.

A Press Release signed by the Secretary-General of the Athletics Federation of Nigeria (AFN), Rita Mosindi, and made available to Completesports.com, addressed federation’s ongoing preparations for the Paris 2024 Olympics.

She highlighted the scheduled interview dates set by the American embassy in Abuja for athletes and officials, underscoring the significance of Nigeria’s participation in the upcoming relays.

“Home-based athletes are currently in camp, diligently preparing for the World Relays in the Bahamas, scheduled for May 4th-5th,” Mosindi stated.
