2024 Olympic Qualifier: Nnadozie Relishes Super Falcons’ Victory Over Cameroon

Goalkeper Chiamaka Nnadozie has celebrated the Super Falcons victory over the Indomitable Lionesses of Cameroon.

Randy Waldrum’s side defeated their fierce rivals 1-0 at the Moshood Abiola Stadium, Abuja on Monday.

Esther Okoronkwo scored the winning goal in the 14th minute from a goal mouth scramble.

The nine-time African champions won third qualifying round second leg fixture 1-0 on aggregate.

Nnadozie took to the social media to celebrate the hard-fought victory.

“+ 3 CLEAN SHEET , AMAZING EFFORT FROM THE WHOLE TEAM. WE ARE SUPER FALCONS UNTO THE NEXT ROUND ❤️,” she wrote on her X handle.

The Super Falcons will face either African champions South Africa or Tanzania in the final round.

The Banyana Banyana defeated Tanzania 3-0 in the first leg.
