Nigeria’s bobsled team of Akuoma Omega and Seun Adigun featured in the official Heats 1 and 2 on Tuesday at the ongoing 2018 Winter Olympic Games in Pyeongchang, South Korea.

The pair were making their debut at the competition and they finished in 20th position out of 20 competitors in both heats despite improving on their timing from the training heats on Sunday.

The pair finished with a time of 52.21secs and 52.55 in Heats 1 and Heats 2 respectively as against the time of 52.96 and 53.60 secs recorded in Sunday’s training Heats 3 and 4 respectively.

The Nigerian team will feature in Heats 3 and 4 on Wednesday.
