Warriors Beat Cleveland Cavaliers In Game 3 To Move Closer To Retaining NBA Title

Defending champions Golden State Warriors have moved within one win of retaining their title after they defeated hosts Cleveland Cavaliers 110-102 in Game 3 of the NBA finals.

The victory gives the holders a 3-0 lead in the best-of-seven series.

Warriors star Kevin Durant was the game’s MVP as he led the scoring with 43 points, 13 rebounds and 7 assists.

His teammate Steph Curry added 11 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists while Draymond Green added 10 points and 9 assists.

LeBron James led the scoring for the home side with 33 points, 11 assists and 10 rebounds.

Kevin Love added 20 points and 13 rebounds for Cleveland Cavaliers.

Both sides meet again on Friday night in Game 4 with a win enough to secure a 3rd NBA title in 4 years.
